1. Shipping Information

At Mirrorwalla, we strive to ensure a smooth and timely delivery experience for all our customers. Once you place an order on our website, it will be processed within 24 hours. The estimated delivery timeline for each product is specified on its respective product page.

You will receive regular updates on your order status via email. If you do not receive any updates or are unable to view them, please contact our Customer Care Team without delay.

  • Mirrors: 10 – 15 business days

2. Cancellation & Returns

Once an order is placed, cancellations are generally not permitted. However, in exceptional cases, we encourage you to contact our Customer Care Team, who will do their best to assist you.

Please note:
For orders placed under a Part Payment arrangement, no refunds will be issued in the event of a cancellation. The advance amount paid will be treated as a cancellation fee and will be forfeited.

3. Mirror Breakage Policy

At Mirrorwalla, we are committed to ensuring your mirrors are delivered safely and securely to your doorstep. In the rare event that your mirror is damaged during transit, we will take full responsibility and arrange for a free replacement at the earliest.

To be eligible for a damage claim, please carefully review and follow the conditions below:

  1. Unboxing Video Required
    Customers must record a clear unboxing video while opening the mirror package. This video serves as proof in case of any damage or breakage.

  2. Timely Unboxing
    The mirror must be unboxed and checked within 24 hours of delivery. Any claims made after this period will not be accepted and shall be considered void.

4. Mirror Source and Warranty Disclaimer

Please note that Mirrorwalla does not manufacture mirrors directly. All mirrors used in our products are sourced from reputed third-party manufacturers such as Saint-Gobain, Modi Guard, HNG, and other leading brands in the industry.

While we strive to use only the highest quality materials, any issues related specifically to the mirror glass—such as quality defects or degradation—are the responsibility of the original manufacturer. Such issues will not be covered under Mirrorwalla's one-year product warranty.

 

5. Tips to Prevent Mirror Breakage

Mirrors are delicate and fragile by nature — once damaged, they cannot be repaired. Most breakages occur accidentally during handling, installation, or shifting. Often, corners or edges chip due to minor impacts with walls, doors, or furniture. To help you avoid such mishaps, please follow these essential precautions:

  1. Use Proper Tools While Unboxing
    Always use a screwdriver to open the wooden crate provided by Mirrorwalla. Avoid using sharp or heavy tools that may damage the mirror.

  2. Handle the Crate with Care
    Never throw or mishandle the mirror crate. Store it in a safe and stable location until installation is complete.

  3. Do Not Lay the Crate Flat
    Keep the crate upright with support against a stable surface, as per the handling instructions printed on the crate. Laying it flat can lead to pressure cracks or breakage.

  4. Protect Mirror Corners During Installation
    For frameless mirrors like LED mirrors, cover all four corners with cardboard or several layers of newspaper to protect them from accidental chips.

  5. Avoid Direct Contact with the Floor
    Never place the mirror directly on a hard surface. Always place a soft buffer—such as a doormat, cardboard, or newspaper—between the mirror and the floor during installation.

  6. Use Wooden Wall Plugs for Hanging
    Always use wooden wall plugs instead of plastic ones for a more secure and stable installation.
